Our produce season at Treasured Haven Farm is from Mid-June through Early to Mid-October. We run 16
weeks up to 18 weeks of produce depending on the weather and field conditions. We will be extending our
season with the use of crop tunnels this fall. Through the season our shares contain over 35 crops and 100
varieties. We set a goal of providing more than ample produce to fulfill your needs and do everything
possible to minimize risks to our growing crops, however, risks are an inherent part of farming. We strive to
give you the best amount you can utilize for the week and try not to overload you with any particular crop. If
we do give you more than you or your family can use, please share with a friend or food shelf.  You can pay
by check by mailing our printable form, Buy Now Online or by PayPal Invoicing, even without a PayPal
Account. Our goal is to exceed your expectations in quality, quantity, value, and service!!

THANK YOU to ALL!

With everyone's help we can keep our costs low
and our prices reasonable! Thanks!
Holiday Bonus Boxes: These Holiday specials include winter squash, potatoes,
onions, garlic, and other vegetables, as available, to be picked up at the farm in early
to mid November, and early to mid December in conjunction with our Holiday Craft
Festivals (if our log house gets it's roof by then, otherwise we will have at another
location). This is beyond your regular fall storage bonus, if you took advantage of
that member benefit. This would also make a good Holiday Gift. We include a Gift
Certificate for a New Membership. Please, note on the Order Form if you are
interested in November or December's box, or both, so we can plan our plantings.
Prices to be determined.
Some CSA'a may charge extra for all the little things like Fall Crops, Flowers, or
Ornamentals, not us! We strive at Treasured Haven Farm to give you the best value
and farm experience for your investment and that goes beyond the contents of your
weekly box! We truly want you to feel connected to the farm where your food is grown!

Each week you will receive with your weekly package a
newsletter telling what is in
your box that week,
featured recipes as available, and what is happening on the
farm. We also post the same on the website. You can choose to have a paper copy
delivered in your share or have your newsletter delivered via email to save on
resources. We will have it live on the website as well. We grow plenty of the basics
and a few trial veggies for fun.

Cut Flower Bonus is available to anyone who picks up their share at the farm, or
comes to help out in the gardens. We offer a small, designated pick-your-own flower
garden as available for this year. There is no additional charge for this. Please, bring
your own cutting tool and container. We have a limited selection for 2009.

Our Harvest Bonus is the box at season's end and includes quantities of onions,
potatoes, winter squashes, pumpkins, garlic, and so forth.  We offer this as a bonus
because some of our members do not want this extra storage quantity. This bonus is
proportionate to your share size and is to be picked up on the farm in October, if
possible at our Harvest Festival, or in our last week delivery. Please, note on the
Order Form if you are interested and in which crops so we can plan our planting
accordingly. Additional Holiday Bonus Boxes are available for purchase for November
and December.

Ornamental Bonus is offered in the fall season and includes gourds, pumpkins,
decorative corn, cornstalks, and a bale of grasses for fall decoration as available.
Packages will vary in size, according to your membership level. Additional
ornamentals, if available, may be purchased for a small fee, or in exchange for
working.

All our Members are invited to the farm throughout the season and for special
Farm Days for activities or to just enjoy the countryside and our wooded trails. We do
not have actual campsites, but you are welcomed to come pitch a tent or park your
camper for the night. We do have special days designated for horse owners on the
trails! Visit the other great attractions in the area, such as the St.Croix River, Rush
Lake, etc. ... more info is coming! We appreciate calling ahead!
Additional OFFERS for Our Members!
Holiday Gift Bonus: We offer a great Volume Discount to our Members for your
Holiday gift purchases from
Treasured Haven Farm Store. Gift Certificates are also
available.

What will I find in my Weekly Share?

Each week the vegetables in your pack will vary according to what is currently in
season and the size share you have chosen. The amount of produce can vary
greatly from 5 - 8 - 12 pounds at the beginning of the season up to 25 or even 50
pounds at the end of the season for our Full Shares. Usually there are between 5
-12 different varieties each week. If your share is delivered to a Drop Site you will
receive a Farmer's Choice Selection from what is available that week. Those who
Pick-Up at the farm will have the choice to mix and match your collection for the
week and make various exchanges between the options for that week as
available. If you are going to be on vacation, get a friend, relative, or your house
sitter to pick up and enjoy your box for you.

We love to grow everyone's favorites, but you are also encouraged to try the
vegetables that may be new to you, or share with a friend. We try to offer recipes
and suggestions in our weekly newsletters. If you have a household of picky
eaters, a trip to the farm may be in order. Children, especially, are more apt to try
something new when they have picked it themselves or have seen the vegetables
growing in the field. Make this an adventure and learning experience for the whole
    family!

Some of the selections during the season may include:

Early Season (mid-late June - early July)
Lettuce, Mixed Greens, Spinach, Green Onions, Radishes, Peas, Zucchini,
    Beets, Radishes, Arugula, Summer Squash.

Beans, Carrots, Summer Squash, Lettuce, Mixed Greens, Swiss Chard,
