Understanding
the Direct, or Network,
Marketing Industry
Why should you, or I, want to build a Direct,
or Network, Marketing Business?
Understanding the Direct, Network Distribution Model

QUESTION for You:
Do you ever see a good movie, eat at a good restaurant, find a great deal
at a store, and then tell someone about it? THAT is "networking"! But now
let's say you found something great that can help people maintain their
most valuable asset, their health for example, wouldn't you want to tell
everyone about it?

NOW, how about if you could be PAID to spread the word? Has the local
movie theater or film studio sent you a check lately? Do you get free
meals at the restaurants for sending in your friends, then are you sent
free meal coupons again when they send their friends in to dine? Does
the local mall store send you a check every month when your referrals
bought the great merchandise they have? Well, what if there was a
company with products so powerful that transformed peoples lives, yet so
few people know about it, wouldn't you want to tell people even if they
didn't pay you a dime?

We always "network", it is a natural part of life! We talk and share. It is
amazing THAT can be a source of income in these turbulent times.
People are stressed and worry about maintaining their health. People are
nervous about whether they will have their jobs tomorrow or next week.
People are at their wits end because their health challenges have run
them broke, they can't work, and they have nowhere left to turn for help.
You are being told right now about something that can help all of these
people! Someone who could not physically hold a job can use their
phone and the help of a team to regain their sense of independence and
security by "networking"! What a gift!

The most wonderful thing here is that people can "earn" their own
products for their health by helping even more people. THIS is a gift that
keeps on giving!

How Wrong I was...
In 1997, I knew NOTHING about this industry other than I wanted no part
of it and nothing that was sold through it! I know now how wrong I was...
but can you relate to any of this...? People had been peddling their
gizmos, potions, lotions, bottles of pills at my door and just refused to
leave me alone when they found out about my health crisis a few years
ago. Other times, I had been pushed, or even shamed, into attending
Home Parties where I felt obligated to make a substantial purchase or
risk offending the hostess even when at that time I had to make the
choice between using that money for food that week or buying that
cheapest, cute home deco item. I had heard horror stories of people
getting into get-rich quick pyramid schemes that left them with garages
full of over-priced, out-dated products. I guess I had just heard and seen
the negative, never saw anything of real value for me, but had not
realized that many businesses are ethical, honest, supply outstanding
quality products, and provide a genuine opportunity for people to build
businesses with integrity. I would not be associated with anything that
was not top-notch. I am a firm believer in the products, the company, and
the industry that I am affiliated.

I learned as I explained above that we naturally network. When I began
using my first Nikken products and had such profound results, my family
went off like energizer bunnies. My husband was so happy to see his
wife getting better after he had thought he would lose me forever. We
were telling everyone, almost barfing what we had found on everyone.
Some could see the value of the gift, others for whatever reason thought
we had lost our minds. Our stories are located as well on this site.

How could something that creates such dramatic health results not be
known by your doctor? First, because doctors spend their time dealing
with disease and their limited tool box contains expensive diagnostic
equipment, a prescription pad, and a knife. That is what they were taught,
the diagnosis and naming diseases, and they were not taught the concept
of focusing on health. Ever notice they have to have a name for what is
ailing you in order to treat you? We have a "sickness" based health care
system. Doctors are overwhelmed in their work and have little time to
learn about the new tools to add to their toolbox. They unfortunately rely
on the pharmaceutical reps to educate them... and I think you understand
that just means they will learn about the next new pill. THAT is a whole
other story!

These products are not sold on store shelves because, first, they are
experiential products and the consumer will want, and need, more
information than could fit on the box. And second, the retail distribution
model is way to expensive and benefits so few people. Here is a
comparison of distribution models.
Wal-Mart versus Direct Distribution

I will cover this industry just from a fly-over perspective here. I encourage
you to do your own research to understand how ethical, timely, and
needed this opportunity is for people. Especially for those who have no
more time to work yet another full-time job just to make ends meet. As
with any business, there are bad in every bunch, let's not judge by the
bad apples and not eat any apples again. This is one of the most
powerful and ethical opportunities I have ever seen!

I know I do not know everything,
but one thing I hope you take from my experience...
Please, make your decisions based on fact,
not on false assumptions...
My stubbornness almost cost me my life...
since I would have missed the opportunity
to experience technologies that I feel saved my life!
