Zach's Story

A sleep pad transformed our young son virtually overnight. He was an 8
year old sleeping over 12 hours a night, living in a fog, and need of
remedial help in school. He also had some residual effects after being
critically ill as a toddler with H.U.S. (Hemolytic Uremia Syndrome,
complete kidney failure) caused by ecoli from the juice on the bottom
bun of an insufficiently cooked fast food burger. When he was
hospitalized he had been pumped full of medication in attempts to
control life-threatening high blood pressure in addition to the many
other blood products he received. He had multiple IV pumps going with
tubes everywhere. He had suffered complete kidney failure and was a
month in intensive care undergoing peritoneal dialysis. He was able to
come home free from any medications, but he wasn't quite the same
happy, energetic boy we had known, but he was alive.

In the years since, he had suffered with numerous intestinal problems
and constant bed wetting. It took a big toll on his self image and
confidence. He began to improve after his first night on his Nikken
sleep system. His attention span increased, he was more alert, he
needed less sleep, and his grades shot up within weeks. The trauma of
bed wetting went from every night, to being a thing of the past within
months. He continues to use the products to this day and he has made
such a journey from where he was that day in second grade as he was
ready to walk out to the school bus, not only without his glasses, but
without shoes on a chilly fall day here in Minnesota.

Today, he is a healthy 19-year-old college student who was on the A
Honor Roll in high school, a member of the National Honor Society, and
an All-Conference Cross Country and Track and Field athlete.

By being proactive with his health and using Nikken products we will
never know what further complications we have prevented. Other
studies have shown such young ecoli victims like him go on to suffer
long term residual effects years later.

We give thanks everyday for having our son not only alive, but healthy
once again. His name, Zachariah, literally means "God hath
remembered". It actually was a similar story about a young child who
had been so dramatically helped with the Nikken sleep system that
lead me to know I just had to get these products for my family.

Zach is so enthusiastic about Nikken and these products that he has
started his own Nikken Distributorship. He knows the value of these
products and how much they can help people.

He openly talks of how his sleep system changed his life and gave that
little eight year old boy freedom from humiliating bed wetting and
having to be separated in the hall working with his special teachers. He
didn't like feeling "dumb" but things just didn't seem to stay connected
in his mind. A few weeks after he had his sleep system I remember
him coming home from school so happy and excited saying, "When the
teacher talks it just sticks in my head now!" What was that worth???
Priceless!!!
